We accept Paypal, Credit cards and Check and can ship to virtually any address in the United States. All shipping charges are calculated in the on line purchase process and are sent by USPS to all USA. If you are interested in making an International Purchase please contact us via email at info@acaibeads.com or if you have any questions, contact us by phone (call us at 1 386-295-0977) and we will be happy to assist you. The International shipping cost is not calculated during the check out at our website and we will contact you as soon as we receive your purchase on line and request only the actual shipping cost with no other charges or sub charges.

All orders are shipped within 24 hours. Items out of stock will be refunded or shipped as soon as we receive them in. We always contact all customers about BO items. Our shipping cost covers the cost of postage and a contribution toward the packaging.

Both Acaibeads.com and the artisans who make our jewelery would like you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our jewelery and crafts are individually hand made and beautifully executed. We do everything possible to ensure that standards remain to the highest quality across the board. Items are photographed and described as accurately as possible, but please be aware that colors, designs and sizes may vary slightly. The seeds and beads are natural products and have direct influence from the Nature.

If for any reason your product has been delivered with a defect and you are not satisfied with your order, please return the item in the original packaging, with the customer advice note, within 7 days of receipt and we will send you a replacement or your money back.

In the event that a customer would like to exchange a recently purchased product for another product, exchanges are welcomed so long as the product is in its original packaging and shows no signs of wear. As well, the exchange must be made within 7 days of the purchase. The return shipping in this case is the responsibility of the customer and the customer will also be charged for the new merchandise on the exchange to be sent to the customer's location.
